This massage is a highly effective method of facial care drawn from Indian and Japanese Face Massage, and includes techniques from Facial Reflexology and Acupressure.

Natural Face Lift Massage is a gentle treatment that releases stress and tension.  Tension in the face and jaw restrict oxygen and nutrients getting to the facial tissues, as well as prevent the efficient removal of waste products.  The massage techniques used in this treatment improve the natural circulation and have a major effect on improving saggy and puffy skin.  Natural Face Lift Massage gently tones the skin, loosening dead skin cells and exposing new younger cells.

As well as helping to give and maintain a fresh, youthful appearance, Natural Face Lift Massage works on balancing the body's energy system.  Pressures are used on the face (energy centres) to release any blockages and bring a new flow of energy (also known as "chi", "ki" or "prana").  This has an effect on the whole body and provides a general feeling of well-being.

For this treatment I will usually prepare a blend of the heavenly Rose essential oil together with Jojoba.  Rose is a strongly feminine and sensual oil, it is soothing and comforting on the emotions and perfect for the use in skin care.  Jojoba is a wax that is very fine, high in vitamin E and resembles the skin's sebum in composition.  It is a perfect oil for facial massage.  For mature or dry skins, I will often add Evening Primrose or Apricot Kernel.

Regular treatments provide many benefits, but even as a "one-off" treatment, you will feel relaxed, yet rejuvenated, and your skin will feel soft and tingly.
