This is a divine Eastern therapeutic massage, using deep rhythmic movements and stretches, that releases blocked energy.  Traditional Thai massage is usually done on the floor through your clothing, however in this Thai Oil Massage you remain on the couch, with towels to protect your modesty.  Blends of uplifting essential oils are used to energise you, but during the treatment you will feel wonderfully relaxed.

Your Treatment:

  Firstly I will discuss your well-being and also your aims on how you would like to feel after your massage. If this is your first treatment with Shine Thru Holistics, I will carry out a full and free consultation to gain some medical history and learn a little bit more about you.  This will also give an opportunity to ensure the treatment is right for you. 

Once you are ready for your massage and draped in towels, I cleanse your feet with steaming towels.  To cleanse and energise, a Tibetan Singing Bowl is struck and chakra stones placed on your energy centres over the towels. 



This is a full body massage and includes the face and hair which feels wonderful.



In this Thai Oil Massage pressures are applied to energy lines (meridians), and flowing strokes and stretching movements revitalise and energise you.  A steaming hot towel is placed on your back to complete the treatment.  Again the Tibetan singing bowl is struck, this time to signify the end of your treatment and to close the chakras.
